Hate to hijack the thread but this reminds me.
Has anybody tried the "easy" pot roast recipe where you use a packet of ranch dressing mix to cook a roast in the crock pot?
It's Mississippi Pot Roast or something like that.

Peppers, gravy mix and ranch mix. Good stuff.

Yep. The pepperoncini peppers make it pop. Don't forget to add some of the juice!
