Rare Mexican Spotted Owl Threatens 'The Town Too Tough to Die'

When a Forest Service official was asked, “What is more important, owls or the people of Tombstone?", the official said there was no easy answer. Maybe, like the plan with Obamacare, the .gov can supply the town with "pain killers" and just let the town die a "natural death". I just hope the "pain killers" are not pills that have to be swallowed with a glass of water.
