Anyone know or happen to be a real estate attorney? My wife and I are having an issue with one of our mortgage company. Somewhere along the line the address got changed in their computer or she just never really paid attention to the property address on the bill. A few months ago when we switched insurance companies we got a letter from the mortgage company saying we need to get insurance or they will get insurance for us. We have faxed more and more documents to the company and each time they say oh you are good to go then a week later we get another letter. I am thinking a nice letter from an attorney will clear this up quick. Thanks
