I don't know if that specific gun is real, but there have been at least a couple of similar four barreled pistols.

In Snattlerake's pictures it's hard to tell the actual size and configuration.

With the hammer it reminds me of the:
1840 Sharps 4 Barrel Pepperbox

Then it kind of reminds me of the :
Belgian 4 Barrel Pepperbox

Then it kind of reminded me of the rare:

Remington-Elliot Derringer...with a rotating fire pin

Bottom line:

Just a picture and not able to handle it or see how it shoots....It's a steampunk/Hollywood prop gun of some sort...OR...someone got creative and made themselves a 4 shot pistol.......who knows???

I think you guys are missing the extra three barrels hidden in the butt. There were lots of weird guns made in the 1800s, and lots of companies made multi-barreled guns, but I'm thinking that's a flight of fancy by a prop maker. Can't say I've ever seen anything like that, but I also can't say something like it was never made.

Extra barrels as I attempted to explain in my original narrative. I watched the gun in action prior to my post. Ya'see, I had thought of the real guns y'all posted but I had never seen this one. I didn't know if it was real or a Star Wars blaster type. Which is not a hint.

No idea about real or fake, but I think it was in a movie from late 1960’s-1970’s starring Lee Van Cleef. Sabata, Return of Sabata. Made in Spain. Dubbed.
