That shithole town of Alex just wants some attention. "No pics of it yet, but several reports of people seeing it." Bullchit, every cellphone has a camera these days and everyone has a phone, Obama made sure of it. He made sure cell phones were in hands of every Tom, Dick and Harry. You hear what I am hinting around, all these camera phones and not a single pic. Hillbillies double fisting 12 oz cans of Michelob to snap a pic? Ol Chief Keef oughta put a little incentive out there to try and get one of the inbred rednecks to quit finger banging their sister long enough to snap a pic of the toothy knob headed fellow. A case of Milwaukee Best and carton of cheap cigarettes from the closest tax evading tobacco drive thru should be enough to get plenty of white trash lined up bragging about they "seen't it!"

Did someone from the fine community of Alex piss in your Wheaties?

I wish I had a few hundred of these to drop off a mile or two upstream...

You just gave me an idea. We have a resident gator at Lake Ponca.
About an 8 footer. It's actually a 3D archery target that the Ponca bowmen use. They put it in shallow water along the course as a target.
Need to snatch/borrow that thing, and take it to the infamous bridge.

They used to find caimans all over Ok back when you could walk into a Kress or TG&Y store, plunk your money down and walk out with one in a box. People would release them when they got too big or a PITA to feed.
When I was a kid a house in the 1600 block of Taylor (1615 maybe?) in Lawton had a few alligators (maybe caimans, I don't know - I was just a little kid) in a small "cement pond" in the back yard. Got a little crazy in the neighborhood a couple of times when one went missing.

I think it was in Tulsa back in the 80s there was a taxidermist that had a alligator. He feed it the meat from the mounts he did. when I went there to see him I didn't know about the gator I kept hearing a course hissing sound thinking it might be something I would like I was nervous I finally ask him what was making that noise he said look over there I look behind some stuff and it was that gator doing the hissing
