If not, the department head has to answer why the situation was not addressed and what action is or has been taken or it gets sent to the city council. I’ve had to work several of these complaints and every time I got one, I was told it was the next item on my list of things to do that day and if I didn’t, I better have a good explanation. </p><p></p><p>I may have some more information later.
