You probably going to need a cheek pad the drop in the stock is for iron sights and prep sights. My BLR is the only lever I put a scope on and I needed a pad. The rest have peeps

I picked one of these scopes up but I can’t get it low enough to seem to work. Other than a cheek pad, I don’t know what else to try.

Here is the one I put on my 45-70. Bought it on EBay from a seller by the name of bestprice-direct out of Russia. It was cheap enough ($22) that I thought it was worth a shot. I liked it so much that I bought another one for a 308 I’ve got. Each took about 3 weeks to arrive.
