What's the main purpose of the shop? Vehicle maintenance, equipment storage, junk storage, wood/metal shop? Could go a million different ways for a build out dependent on its use. For general amenities for any shop it would have enough space for all the toys and vehicles I own to include space large enough for a 45' Coach with appropriate roll up door for it. Full bath with shower and maybe a small living quarters if budget allowed. commercial stainless steel wash sink. Insulated with A/C and wood stove. 200amp service. Dependent on use and how big I would build drains in the middle of the slab for having the ability to wash down inside the shop. If I was a car guy I'd have pour the concrete slab 8-10" think in specific areas to accommodate a two post lift. Lots of great options to be had.
