You are going to make some heads explode lolMj creates heat and CO2. It's a planet warmer for sure. That's where global warming is coming from. It's going to have to be banned to save the planet.
Lost a good friend in an mva several years ago. A guy ran a stop sign and T-boned him on the driver's side. Guy was so blitzed he could hardly answer questions with LEO. He was sitting on his tailgate talking on his cell phone after the mva when someone drove up on it and found them, hadn't called 911, but was trying to call his girlfriend. Pot was the only thing they found in his system.I feel that recreational marijuana is a good thing. Saying it will raise money for schools/etc is a lie, I feel like that’s been the thing we have seen with casinos, the lottery, and medical lot. Otherwise, I would think that if the money actually made it to the schools we would have much nicer, better funded schools and teachers. Across the board, from elementary schools to state funded votechs/state funded colleges. But it doesn’t seem to be the case.
Instead, they need to be honest, have transparency when it comes to taxation and what it REALLY goes to, and work on controlling the illegal grow operations. I feel that the government shouldn’t tell people what they can or can’t do with their bodies when it’s something as harmless as marijuana (for most people at least) and that at the end of the day, marijuana is better for many things than getting pumped full of pharmaceuticals. Less government, more freedom. You don’t need a license for alcohol, tobacco, vapes, or fast food. Overdoing it on any of those can/will kill you. Marijuana won’t.
Looks like to me it's headed the same direction as tobacco and alcohol, state gets all in to get the taxes from it after voters ok it, then state gets all of the regulation of it and then when the bad effects of it become apparent, state taxes the crap out of it and makes this giant commission that never lets it die out but pretends to have programs to help you get off it.I'm not arguing the use of marijuana, just a question on the proposed state question. With the relative ease of getting a medical card, why do we need recreational? There seem to be dispensaries on every corner. Would there be room for new locations, or would many of the current ones change? Why should I be for, or against, this proposal? What will be the upside for the state?
If weed destroys your life you got a problem in the first place! its the less harmful of anything out there including Alcohol (JMO)Nope, just seen enough lives destroyed by weed.
Agree, anyone that wants to use it already is, I would think. No one that is alive couldn't check a box on the list of ailments MJ will 'help'.It's everywhere already, I can't imagine it being more prevalent than it is now lol.
I haven't had any in more than 30 years but I couldn't imagine that pot alone would get someone that messed up.Lost a good friend in an mva several years ago.
