Did chicken thighs yesterday for the virgin cook (good, but should have gone a little longer), drumsticks tonight (requested by my kids and they were awesome!), and just started a 16lb brisket for tomorrow. This will be my first brisket, really hoping out turns out well!

Not perfect, I could have been a little more patient, but pretty happy with how this turned out! We've been using this smoker 3 or so times per week since I got it, definitely worth it!

Honestly I haven't tried anything above 400°F. I've been thinking about adding a Recteq Bullseye for any searing or hot and fast cooking.

I did order a green Mountain grills pizza oven for it, should be able to hit 700°F or so...
