Red Dot problem

I just got an Aimpoint PRO and got it mounted. When I looked through it the dot is distorted. After checking there web site I found a little info about if you have astigmatism, this will cause that. For you that have astigmatism is there anything I can do to try to clear up the dot? Thanks

Do you where eyeglasses or contact lenses?

ETA: Turning the dot intensity down to its lowest visible setting will help.

Yes, I wear glasses. I take them off and can see dot more clear, but eyesight is not good enough to not wear them. I did turn it down to the lowest setting and it helped a little.

Contact lenses might do a better job of correcting for you astigmatism.

I also have the same problem the dot looks like a small C and i just use the same spot kinda the center of the C

I have astigmatism, and with/with out contacts, I don't notice any distortion.
