I figured you wouldn't admit you were wrong. If you read the first article they denote the ONLY Non-power 5 team this century to rank in the top 10 was Boise State. So if you wanted to get particular, and you need to move the goalposts.....maybe I should've said 98%? Feel free to watch the video and name how many teams had 18 10+ win seasons since 2000.
