Remington 870 Express

Ok as said before, I'm gun stupid... I bought the boys each used 870 expresses for christmas. So, we are looking at them, we can't get the safety off. Looking at them, it looks like there is a key that goes in the safety switch. Am I right? is this something I can buy? maybe from Remington?

They were purchased used, so it is likely the seller didn't provide the keys.

No, I bought them from Gene Sears and there was nothing with it. I'll call them tomorrow and see if they have some
