OK, help me out, please. I know it's been discussed here before, but I'll be durned if I can find it. I've got some cast bullets that have been around for a long time. They were lubed with ALOX, VLOX, or I don't know what. I would like to remove all the lube, whatever it is, and powder coat them. In some cases, the lube is hard and flaking off. In others, it's a sticky mess. And, some of them obviously have a light coating of lube visible to the naked eye, although you can't feel it. I remember reading a discussion on how to remove all that lube, but I cannot find it. If someone could point me in the right direction or just educate me all over again, it would be appreciated! TIA!
