It’s probably like Glocks Blue Label program. With LE, FD, EMT, Licensed Security and a few others on Glocks authorized list, those individuals can purchase up to two Glocks per year at a discounted price. The program is frequently abused because some of those buyers use their ID and then flip them for about $100.00 profit which is NOT the purpose of the plan and something they are NOT supposed to do. S&W and Sig also have similar discounts.
