Refinishing the grips on the High Standard. From this....

To this.....

I hated the very shiny orangy color when I got the revolver. They're now a more 'aged appropriately' with a hickory-ish tone. And a lot less shiny.
They still need to dry a touch more before I re-install 'em. Call me happier for now!

Here's a picture of my Ruger Bisley .475 Linebaugh. I gave John Linebaugh my gun at a Linebaugh Seminar in 08 and he delivered it to me the following year. He passed away last March - one of the greats!
