I have a walther p-22 and a ruger 10/22 and would like to purchase one can to use on both guns.
and I have a .223 and a 6.8 and would like to purchase one can to use on both rifles.
and if my thinking is right that would be 400 to unkie sam for taxes and then the price of both cans with paper work right?
    thanks in advance

As long as you are not buying them out of state on form 4's.... Yes.

i think you could get a 223 can for the 3 22 cals and get a can for the 6.8 but its still 2 cans and two stamps

A .223 can on a P22 would be so big and heavy that it would be unwieldly. Get a rimfire can for the rimfires and a centerfire can for the centerfires.

I'd get an AAC M4-2000 6.8. Supposed to still sound great on 5.56 and are bored for the 6.8.

Then get a Spectre or Element for the rimfires.
