Say what you want, the guy blocking the fast lane is a complete A..hole. He actually accelerated to block the Honda .
100% correct, but he was in the right for driving his own speed, until he accelerated, and help caused the crash. The Honda is a hot headed idiot, he literally crashed himself, great thing he didn't hit anyone else. Too bad the truck didn't crash because it would be a more satisfying outcome.

Intentionally impeding traffic, as the truck did, is illegal in most if not all states. Therefore it is very likely he was not within his rights. However, even if the state they are in has no laws against continually driving in the left lane this is a clear case of road rage and the driver of the pickup is just as guilty as the moron in the Honda.

The Honda has ZERO excuse for following too close and reckless endangerment . Tell me where it is written that he does. For most of us, it's just a mild irritant, not a life-threatening incident. And say all you want about driving in the left lane, you are not law enforcement. That is what it comes down to by law, and common sense.

the ford had no excuse for his reckless endangerment either, driving too slow in the left lane can get you a ticket

any decent driver will move to the right when faster traffic is behind them

both drivers are guilty of reckless endangerment, hope they both lose their driver's license
