The law is clear. It doesn't matter if it is fake or not it is still armed robbery.
Well, one thing is for sure, he doesn’t have to worry about having to find “three hots and a cot” for the rest of his “life”. BTW, in no way was I trying to come to his defense or give him any semblance of sympathy - he got exactly what he deserved(possibly what he even wanted to happen). Instead of a“death by cop”, he got a “free ride by cop”.

It's the UK. He'll probably serve 15 years or less. Their for real life sentence is called a "whole life order." They only gave out one of those all last year.
