He was pretty much a TV fixture when I was a kid. Wouldn't be surprised if he was on half (or more?) of the daytime commercials at times.

I have been addicted to infomercials for most of my life. I absolutely love them, and one of my life goals is to be in the audience of one of the infomercials. I will say whatever they want me to say as enthusiastically as they want me to say it.

I have watched documentaries on Ron Popeil and I am saddened to hear of his passing as he truly transformed the way that we consume media in regards to household items.

RIP good sir, and may we always set it and forget it!

Growing up we had a couple pocket fisherman.

About 2018, the Pocket Fisherman showed up in the Walmart where I worked sporting goods. I had thought that they had gone out of production.
