Hmm not sure about the ceracote. Price is hard to believe for a Ruger revolver. I think Heritage still look better and are crazy fun guns for price. Guess I need to order one as I have a bit of a 22lr problem and there is only one way to compare it to a rough rider.

Yes it does. I was thinking that the use of zinc alloy, MIM parts, and an unfluted cylinder all = a significant cost savings both in the manufacturing of this revolver and the price to the consumer. I have a Heritage Rough Rider, and it's a fun little gun...but I think I paid $179 for the rough, cobby lookin' thing. This Wrangler looks clean and well made, and reflects Ruger's quality. At $249 it's an excellent buy IMO; at $199, it's a steal! I will have one, maybe two.
