My wife is out this morning monitoring ACT testing at her school. So, I decided to do a little pistol cleaning and install a couple of parts on my 10/22.
I installed a Ruger BX Trigger with a 3lb pull and a Volquartsen 10/22 Auto Bolt Release. Now, I need to get to the range and do some shooting.
My gun porn sucks, but here is a picture.

I installed the BX trigger in one of my 10-22’s. Very happy with it.

Once you do the bolt release there’s no looking back. Something Ruger should have done themselves as an option many years ago and not left it to the aftermarket.

Your so right. No need for aftermarket. Very easy mod to do with files or dremel. Check out U Tube or Rimfire Central.

I only gave $10 for the release.
My last 10/22 I did the trigger on. The BX trigger feels better.

First mod I did to any 10/22 I've had is the bolt release.
I still need to try a BX trigger.
I'm sure its a sweet combo!

I need to check out the video. The bolt release is horrible.

How about a report on your thoughts of the bx trigger?
