I hadn’t seen any LCP pistols that had threaded barrels. Did you get an aftermarket barrel or did yours come that way? I have a gen III lcp max. Never had a I or II LCP.
I bought my LCP II .22lr in July of 2020; I bought the threaded barrel from CDNN in August of this year (2023), I shot mine, quite a few times -- works as advertised, seems a bit loose -- it rattles when you shake it ( but so do I) I hit what I’m aiming at.
It appears to be the same kit that shopruger.com sells:

The barrel I got from CDNN came in the Ruger branded plastic container.
I looked at the Ruger.com website; they do not offer a factory installed threaded barrel option for the LCP II .
