Ruger LCP II in .22LR !!!!

I tote a Ruger LCP 2 in me pocket all day, EVERY day. It carries like a dream.

However...

I think it's a little small for .22LR. As small as that round is, I prefer a bigger sized weapon for plinking. I wasn't too impressed when Glock introduced the model 44, but the more I look/read/hear about it, the more I want one.

I'll pass. I've ran .22 RF across a chrony from a 2" barrel. Barely 850 fps. Great for paper, and head shooting a raccoon in a trap I guess.

Just got back from Big Boy's. They have one on the shelf for $309.

Funny how his reliability experience (about 14 failures in 350 rounds, so 4%) was significantly different than .22plinkster (2 failures in 500, so .4%).

.22 Plinkster also said that the two failures were ammo related and not the LCP’s II fault.

I have the little Beretta 21 .22 lr and I fitted a ss threaded barrel to it. With a barrel that short and a silencer it is very quiet. I might look at these more later when some used ones show up.
