Good info, but does NOT apply to this new rifle. This is for the centerfire precision rifle.

I think that was for the early (and centerfire) ones. Not this rimfire version.

I love rimfire rifles. But I will wait for a hands on evaluation of the stock on this new offering. Ruger's tupperware stocks typically are pretty flexible. Too bad they didn't bump up the price a little and do a aluminum chassis.

I'm gonna have to try some of that Federal Ultra Match out of my 10/22.

I still dig on these rifles. I wish they did it in a 17cal...preferrably a 17WSM but more people shoot .22lr.

Just keep in mind that 22plinkster is a paid endorser. The stock on this rifle may become really flexible while shooting on a warm Oklahoma day.
