Ruger Vaquero 40 S&W

A friend of mine picked up one of these this weekend. It does not require moon clips. Called Ruger and the guy said they never made one. My friend sent them a picture, and after more research the Ruger guy said they were made for some select dealers. Was wondering if anyone has ever seen one?

I have seen quite a few, they were typically in matching sets. Not exactly a common find though.

Seen one, didnt have much use for it.

I really like my Vaquero .45 Colt, with the extra .45ACP cylinder. It is fun.
