S&W 340PD Back to The Factory - Again!

On the Enos forum there's a lot of horror stories about sending a new one back and it coming back looking like they set the barrel/cylinder gap with a wood rasp. Filing marks on the underside of the top strap, etc. Just piss poor workmanship overall.
