S&W Revolver choice

All things being equal with condition and price would you go with a Model 65-4 or a Model 15-3?

I prefer the magnum.

With the 65, you can shoot specials and magnums both. But with the 15, you get adjustable sights.

I'm going to have to get out my S&W 3rd Edition Catalog and look these over.

For what intended use? Occasional use at the range? Primarily a ranch or hunting sidearm? If only a range toy I'm going with the 15. If you actually plan to kill critters the 65 is probably the way to go.

For just a range gun the model 15, I lost interest pretty fast in fixed sight model 65 revolvers.
