Maintain the pain meds schedule. They keep a level of meds in your body. Don't skip one because you feel fine. The meds yo yo in your system and so does the pain. It is harder to get it back under control when you don't maintain.
I am six weeks out from shoulder surgery. Important to get physical therapy as soon as possible, and not to rush recovery.
Well, my PT may actually be delayed this time, since this is the second surgery in just four months. I started PT two weeks post-op the first time. Surgeon says we may delay that some this time since I re-tore it the first time around. I see him for follow-up on the 14th.
