Sand Bass Yet?

Just got calls from my son and a buddy. They were fishing within a quarter mile of each other and didn't know it. Anyways, everyone caught one or two, it's getting close!

Done here too. All the Sand bass in Kaw are being caught by the kansas fishermen. We had an early run.
I fished from the Kansas line all the way down the river to end up below the dam last week with zero bites. Talked to the GW that showed up below the dam and he said I wasn't the only one not catching.
Crappie are transitioning from their winter structure right now and moving into 12-16' of water. If we could get done with these cold fronts, they would be shallow pretty quick.
