I figured everyone was catching them I have a buddy that has been catching a bunch in the Arkansas river by sand springs

I have ran the boat from the mouth of the arkansas river up to the bridge and made a killing on sandbass a couple years ago.
Looks like it is time to hit them again.
I have got into them hot and heavy below lock 16 fishing off the shore also.
Man I suppose it is time to go.

yes right below the dam, stand by the safety fence while they are generating
