SBR on Armslist

He's smart enough to know to remove the fore grip but it's still not legal since it was built as a rifle. The problem he still has is there are still pictures on the internet of this.

Per his add he got this in a 42 gun trade and now is selling them, doesn't that hit the mark (again absurd) of him technically becoming a dealer?

Duh....... He also has a vertical grip on the forearm, another no no that makes it a SBR..... besides the adjustable stock.

Be wary of Armslist.... a lot of shady characters on there.

Actually, the foregrip makes it an AOW and not an SBR.
