Are you saying that they treat all customers like that?

I can't speak to this particular policy of CVS, but their "automatically" refilling of a prescription without an order irritated the heck out of me. They were also always sending me text messages that were unnecessary. With regards to "automatically" refilling a prescription, they tried to tell me that they only refilled one if a doctor submitted the prescription. However, my doctor gives prescriptions that are 90 days (CVS wanted to do only 30 days), and my prescription "orders" are generally good for a full year.

In addition, the wife got a prescription that cost $140 at CVS, but the exact same prescription at Walmart was $20.

Probably everything you had to submit to get your license issued or renewed.

Name, address, DOB, phone number, fingerprint, picture, birth certificate and anything else you had to show to prove who you are.

That's a good point, I wonder what the real ID barcode includes?
