Scheduling a doctor's visit after the holidays . . .

I weigh at home every Saturday morning, if we are at home. Oh, and I don't wear clothes for weighing. One has to stick to a certain criteria, you know. If I said underwear only weighed 1/2 a pound, the wife would disagree.

There was a 14 lb difference between what I weighed Friday at the doctor's and what I weighed (without clothes) at home the week before Christmas.

Time to dump all of those sweets . . . I guess.

You can eat all the sweets you want but your activity level must compensate.
I am not going to the doctor unless i am dying and then maybe not.
I got the flu last tuesday.
Yea not going to the doctor.
Body needs to learn how to fix itself .. I have not been sick in 5+ years though..I suppose I had this one coming.
