They're open box and may have some handling marks. I didn't even mention Leupold, because they're only good when you get into the VX-III range, and those are usually well above what your top dollar is. The Bausch & Lomb is a 4200 series (now called Bushnell Elite) and it's a fair step up from the Elite 3200 series.
