This should set a clear precedent for lower courts that the elected by the people members of Congress are the ones to set the regulations in this country, not some unelected unaccountable bureaucrats in the various alphabet agencies. This includes the BATFE. As far as I'm concerned this invalidates any regulations put in place since the Gun Control Act of 1968. But they won't let a little inconvenience like a SCOTUS ruling slow them down. They will keep on making new rules then the process of challenging them in court begins and will be enforced until told otherwise.

Um, those alphabet agencies are all under the president. In order to enforce the laws of the land. Some get challenged in court when it’s believed they go against the laws made and passed by congress.

You do know a lot of the regulations passed since 1968 were passed by congress, not just the atf making up crap.
