Saw the panel on The Five yesterday discussing the rape and how none of the witnesses stepped up to help; one point was made that depending on what city and who the DA is, if you attack the rapist you might end up in jail and the rapist will be back on the street.
You might end up charged with a hate crime or some other stupid thing if you're white and the rapist is a person of color.

I'm not saying don't help, just something to consider.

Yeah in those cities stopping crime is worse than committing crime.
