I’m considering having a shop built in the NOKC/S Edmond area and am looking for recommendations on contractor. The catch for the shop is that it has to be brick and shingles to match the house due to HOA regs. Any good recommendations for a contractor?

Go on to https://access.okc.gov/aca/Default.aspx and scroll down to "search permits".
Per the attached pic, enter the in the drop down boxes, the Direction, the Street Name, the Street Type and the Zip Code for a street that has a building like one you want to have built. What comes up on the permit site will give you the builders company name, the year built and usually the project cost.

Most any type of building can be bricked and shingle-roofed (metal, concrete/hadite block, etc.).
