Shotgun stock cutting/fitting question

I have an 870 with wood furniture that I need the stock fit to me. Any recommendations for anyone in the Tulsa area that can do that and fit a new recoil pad.

Its a home defense shotgun 14" Police Magnum (NFA). I need it shorter it has a 14" LOP and I would like it to be 12 1/2. I need to purchase a replacement recoil pad I believe.
