Shout out to Enterprise car rental

Sometimes good things do happen.
Wife and her sister and mother went to Missouri for an aunts 105th Birthday party and an uncles funeral.

Well they rented a 2021 Audi Q5 bucause they like to rent a new something now and then.
When they were pulling away from the house I heard something dragging and stopped them.
The sister rented it and said that sound was happening when she first got the vehicle.

She called Enterprise and they told her it was fine happens often and just drive it.
Well It was the lower splash shield under the transmission area.
Seems a mechanic did not put all the screws back in it and it fell to the ground hanging by 1 screw.

I made her take a picture of it before I fixed it.
She did and I jacked up the vehicle and got it all fastened up.
She notified Enterprise of what I did.

When it came time to pay the bill Enterprise knocked off $60 for me fixing the issue.
That was unexpected.

I had this same thing happen to me on a car I rented from Enterprise. Took my granddaughter to Arkansas to see her great-grandparent. Just crossed the Arkansas border when the shield started dragging. Pulled over and saw it hanging by one bolt. I ended up ripping it off and putting it in the trunk.

Enterprise lost my reservation last time I went to Houston. No cars available from any of the rental car companies except for super expensive lux suv

When I went on vacation I rented a car from national, and they upgraded me for free. I got to drive a 2021 Infiniti Q60 for 2,700 miles. Had zero issues with it.

When I went to Maui the guy told me to pick any vehicle I wanted regardless of what I paid for.

I rent almost exclusively from Enterprise se. rent several cars per month. I get upgraded often.
