SIG 226

My "new" SIG 226. W. German proof marked. The guy I got it from must have been carrying it around in the back of his truck in the rain and mud for two years. I broke it all apart and off to the Cerakote shop. I should have taken "before" pics, it was pretty ugly!

I really like the 226, but I think I'm too old to appreciate the camo. But it is still a great piece!

I'm not a fan of cerakote but you should have seen it "before"....

I've had a couple of those "before's" over the years.

And many of them turned out to be diamonds in the rough.
