Does anhbody here own any leather by Simply Rugged? I'm needing an OWB holster and speed strip carrier for my Ruger SP101 and their stuff looks purdy good. I've always been a Galco, Bianchi and Desantis guy when it comes to gunleather, but I wanna try something different and not break the bank.

Years ago I tried being a "holster snob" and bought some Milt Sparks, Mitch Rosen, Lou Alessi and Matt Del Fatti, but I personally didn't think it was worth the premium. It was good stuff, don't get me wrong, but I just couldn't afford it with my pitiful salary.

But I ran across a YouTube video about Simply Rugged and it looked purdy good. Any owners out there? Likes? Dislikes?

:thanku:

I purchased a pully chester rig for my redhawk 41 magnum several years ago from Rob at Simply rugged. Ammo loops were a bit loose on the holster, but they took care of it. Couldn't be happier.

I have one for a Ruger New Vaquero. It’s not form fitted that well and will also fit my Smith 629 Classic, Smith 28, both with 6” barrels and my Ruger Blackhawk 4 5/8” with a little umphf on the insert. Kinda pricey for what you get in my opinion. Just two slabs of leather sewn together....
