So I'm getting 30 rounds instead for 240? If so that deal really went to crap in a hurry... These things happen, sucks but It wouldn't be right for them to have to eat the cost to honor if it was indeed a mistake. I will probably take my business elsewhere from now on, not worth the hassle.

yes it would.
they CONFIRMED THE ORDER AND SHIPPED. the correct legal action was to inform buyers of the mistake.

this is fraud, pretty damn sure.

like i have received countless e-mails from online vendors when this scenario occurs.

heck, i have from just a few weeks ago from righttobeararms. instead of just shipping an INCORRECT from my pov order; they informed me of the mistake BEFORE SHIPPING and gave me options that included just cancelling and refunding the order.

i'm not sure if that's the LEGAL obligation, but i think that avoids it LOOKING like fraud when the incorrect order just shows up and your money is still gone. and in this case, that's a MASSIVE mistake, people getting ~10% of the intended order and the company considering the order fulfilled.

They finally offered me a return authorization. Ok. Ups. I don't have a ups drop off in my town. It's 50 miles one way and some of y'all think driving across town is an inconvenience. My printer is out of ink. Can't print the return label.

Can't buy ink for the printer in this town. It's 50 miles to find ink. There is no 2 day Amazon shipping for me anymore, once a week now. No more business for buds for me.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that BudsGunShop.Com will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

this is how it's always been handled any time this has occurred in my many years of online buying.

to just ship the order, call it fulfilled, and say 'sucks to be you' has got to be illegal.

"cancel" culture in terms of businesses is a completely different matter. they just stole how much money from how many people?
