The pond had cattails around the edge, and as we walked around the edge, she was about 10 feet behind us. On occasion she would dissapear. I'm thinking we were scaring small frogs into the water, and she was taking advantage of the situation. Snakes have a purpose. I don't mess with them, and pretty much let them go on their way....until a copperhead comes around the house, and then it is history.</p></blockquote><p></p>
