So basically one can choose to apply or not apply for a SDA license but they have to be in compliance with the statutes such as no caliber over .45 and certain ammo as well as prohibited places. Will be interesting to see how many people get hemmed up over their own ignorance if they don’t seek out the statutes and when they actually go into effect.

If I had the money, I'd challenge any and all infringements to the RKBA. As of the current state of my financial status, I can only afford paying the bribery money to the State to keep me out of jail.

Until I can carry in other states without a permit I’ll keep renewing mine

As I mentioned in the 2A insurance thread, there is a pretty big savings in getting coverage if you have a permit. That's only relevant if you want coverage I suppose.
