President Maduro has tightened his grip on power recently by issuing guns and ammo to the governments civil militia to over 400,000 guns with ammo to enforce his rules on the disarmed populous.
Venezuela has one of the highest oil reserves of anywhere in the world and they are dead broke.
Yes, socialism is a great way to build a country. I wish Bernie would have won. What a great world we would be living in now.

That's the sad part. They never will understand.
There is no way any government can ever support a non working or government working population.Everybody needs to work for the government in their opinion. Collective farms, socialized single payer medicine, Free college, free income, free, free.
The concept is amazingly great, the outcome is chaos.

This can never work in a monetary or barter world. All people, including the rich elitist, would need to be equal in worth for this system to work.
