On my system, these two titles display the date of the last post, but not the time (as others do). Thought you might want to know.

    Gunsmithing & Repairs
    Military Surplus

    Nice forum btw. [IMG]

    Thanks, Mac

It only shows the last post time within a certain window, which I think is three days. Past that it shows only the date of the last post. There are several forum sections like that right now. You should check Gunsmithing now, someone posted in it; so it should show the time for you now.

Indeed it does. So if there's no time displayed, there are no new posts. Good to know.

    Thanks. :)

Not exactly, it just means the latest post is at least three days old (or whatever the time limit is). "New" is defined by whether you've read the post or not. So it could be an older post, but if you haven't read it (or marked the forum read since it was posted), then it would still be tagged as "New" for you.

Yeah, I meant no additional posts in the past few days. Sorry about the phrasing, but I guess you have to assume we're all idiots to be on the safe side. :D

    Lol!

Sorry if I came across rude. Just trying to make sure it's clear. And yes, you're right.

No, not rude at all. Thanks for taking the time to be thorough. [IMG]

    No problem!

Ask me or any of the mods any time you have issues here. If I can't help, I will try to make sure someone can.
