Some Questions

1. What do you guys think about the Monarch brass that Academy sells. I've shot a couple boxes without trouble.

2. What do you think about the generic Federal that Wal-Mart selling now. I like it. I've had no issues at all with it.

3. Wal-Mart is selling the Federal for 8.97. Academy is selling the Monarch for 11.97. The Monarch was 8.97 at academy just a few weeks ago. What's wrong with this picture. Is Academy gouging?

shot both 9mm and .380 in monarch and so far so good (knock on wood.. bought a few boxes). but only 100-150 rounds between both guns so far so its not saying much i guess. i've never been able to pick up any federal yet. went by walmart i-35 and 15th in edmond and they had nothin

The monarch .357 Mag is in PPU brass which I've always heard was good brass and I've had good luck with it in my short reloading stint.

I've noticed that the PPU brass in 9mm runs through my press a little stiffer than I like, but so far it loads and shoots fine.
