    This is the first proactive video I have seen from a department. This is useful to people imo. Sure its all common sense, but it can't hurt having stuff like this out there.

    On the flip side those 2A auditors could spend time putting quality videos together explaining things instead of instigating issues with LEOs and gov employees.

    I have read all the statute and I can't find one place that says you must carry in a holster or any thing about slings. Is this really part of this new law, or even part of the CCW law?

    Enid has a pretty sensible police department. They changed to a new digital system several years ago, NXDN which at the time no scanner could monitor. They actually delayed the changeover until they had a plan in place to allow the citizens to hear what is going on by having a telecast link on their original analog channel. This is in a day of age where agencies are encrypting their communications left and right.
