Some time ago I saw a Ruger 1911 with mirror polish, was this an exclusive?

I saw a Ruger 1911 with a mirror polish and havent seen one again. It was at Cabelas. Anyone know where these came from? it was in their New case so I know it wasnt a smith job or home job.
